You probably need to set your browser's internet settings to be compatible with the servers in use in Arkansas.
Pull down "Options" and "Internet Settings" and click the "Etch-A-Sketch" option, that should do it.....

I haven't had that problem. It is probably because your Internet Service Provider sucks. By the way, I live in Fayetteville, AR.

worked for me. Maybe its your computer.... or maybe the gov't doesn't want you to see those docs.
