Isn't it time for an end to organized labor in the USA? We have things like OSHA and Dept. of Labor now to ensure worker's rights.

The Mafia has long had great influence in labor unions. This is an anachronism of a bygone era when beefy thugs would break kneecaps, intimidate so called scabs and worse. Their history is filled with coercion, corruption, fraud and even murder.

Why don't we abolish this embarrasment, once and for all?

I got punched in the face, total cheap shot. The guy was charged with battery and has court in September. I had to go to the hospital. I spoke with the police officer today and he told me that I should get my medical bills paid for and also possibly restitution. I was just wondering how much restitution I could possibly get out of this. Anyone know?

Rush was trashing Michael J Fox for faking Parkinson's because he was campaigning for the Democratic opponent of Jim Talent of Missouri. Result: Claire McKaskill became Senator.

Sean was trashing Jim Webb of Virginia by reading from a fictionbook Webb had written 15 years earlier with dirty passages, telling people he had to have a dirty mind too. Result: incumbent Allen lost his job.

Neither of them said a thing about the open Senate seat in TN being contested, result: Republican Bob Corker won, BARELY.

So I say to Rush and Sean: THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our immigration department has records of all who came from Mexico legally, take that list and if the illegals you encounter are not on that list then they are here illegally.

This list should be sent to every police department in the nation.

It would only take a second to run a check through a computer.


Personally I think you can tell illegals from legals, somethings are obvious if you aren't blind.

Besides what difference does it make if some people get hurt feelings, protecting our country is worth all those poor little hurt feelings.

Really why would people not be for free health care in America? I love America and wouldn't want to live any where else... but I really would like to see some changes.
I know that taxes would go up... however we already pay a lot for healthcare that doesn't work (or pay for things like... well, cancer treatment)... I would happily pay more taxes if it ment i got a health care system that would... I don't know....care for me!

I am not talking about quality. I am talking about delivery.

There is no doubt that we have the finest medicine in the world at least that is my opinion. But when I hear stories of people who have insurance and are dying because they are denied service and there are millions who cannot afford healthcare I have to wonder what is wrong with the system.

Does that mean that the liberal-based media will have to run conservative ideas?

Or is this just a ploy by Democrats to shut down the conservative talk-radio and Fox News to run an even MORE liberal base in the media?

In today's media, the vast majority of news casts are left-leaning, but the liberals whine and complain over their OWN opinion that Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Lavin, and Jerry Aigar are "running the nation" through their conservative ideas.

Conservatives have one major radio station and one major news station compared to the rest of the media. So, again, if the Fairness Doctrine is brought about again, doesn't this mean that the conservatives should actually get MORE air-time?

Really its a mess, shouldn't we say hey lets stop right here and clean this crap up. We could do a house cleaning and get rid of meaningless junk and get rid of a bunch of regulations. our country has learned right from wrong shouldn't we have a level playing field and do away with things of the past? So three carriers in this country made 7 billion in profit last year. Should healthcare be big business and if you can't afford it then go off and die. It really makes you wonder about humanity. I am not for government controlled healthcare however I think the system is broken and needs some kind of fix.

I have known both men who have been accused of this falsely and i also know a few woman who have made up accusations of sexual assult either to get back at an ex or for the compensation.
When a man is accused of this if he has kids social services then have to get involved and it takes up to two years to be cleared.

My question is basically why is it so easy to accuse a man of this who then has to go through hell and back until cleared and when found not guilty the woman gets of scot free but the man still has to go through risk assesments and is also branded names in the street.

Something needs to be done like lie detectors or something as its all to easyt to accuse some-one yet a hell of a lot harder to prove their innocence.

P.s Im not talking about the woman who have genuinly been assulted my heart goes out to you but im just pointing out the evil woman who abuse the system to get back at people or try to get thousands of pounds by making false claims.

My insane boss wants to save time by not interviewing candidates first and then calling professional references. She wants me to call professional references first and then ONLY schedule interviews after. However, each candidate I had scheduled for an interview qualifies for the position solely based on their resume. Although I'm calling references first (because my boss does pay my bills), I needed to vent! hehe
