me and my husband has been having problems so I decided to seperate. I been apart from him for a few months. But he does not want to sign the papers for divorce. What should I do???????? help!

Not sure how the law works where you are, but here you can file the papers and if he don't sign in one year and a dya your divorce will be granted as long as you have a character witness that can vouch that your marriage is not saveable. Best of luck to you!

You can sue for divorce if it is not mutually agreed.

It's going to cost quite a bit more but the courts will grant the divorce.

Once you serve him with your petition and he's had a chance to talk to his lawyer, he might see the light and realize that hanging on is not a prudent option.

Go back to court and ask the judge to rule on a contested divorce.

Simple, take him to court. Go get an attorney. You can force him into the divorce.

He really has no choice he has too eventually if you dont want to be married to hime anymore
