isn't that like trying to put out a grease fire with more grease?

Can anyone explain how this works to me? Seems like an endless cycle of violence...

I have to admit that I've only watched the show a couple of times, but I remember thinking it showed the difference between the two. Paris and Nicole in the "Simple Life". Isn't it two liberals being dropped into a conservative household?

We keep getting inundated with opinion poll results.....who are the people they are polling?

How does someone get to participate?

Would you want to participate?

How reliable or accurate do you think they are?

Does the result of those polls affect how you think or feel about the subject?

Can our decisions be 'molded' by them?Do they tell us how we should feel and if we aren't in the majority of the answerers can it or should it 'shame' us into changing our opinion?

This is a question Micky posted:
Should I start busting people out?
I've figured out who a lot of the report happy people are. Since they want to run around trying to get people suspended who don't agree with them, should I just bust them out now and people can start avoiding them and their questions? I figure after a while of having only themselves to talk to,they might get the point. Opinions?

P.S. If this gets deleted, I will definitely bust out! I don't care one bit about losing my account at this point.

Here is a legal question. In the U.S.A., company 'X' gives it's employees 12 sick days per year. You apply for a promotion and are denied because the company states that if you have 4 legitimate sick occurrences (1 day each) in 6 months, then you can not be promoted. This is only stated on the job positing and not in any other company document.

Is this legal? Is there any condition the legality of this would change?

Why? They claim we lost the war on terrorism.
Well I am so glad Democrats are feeling safe, they deserve it!.

He seemed like a genuine good guy. He wasn't a perfect President, but he did what he thought was right, in my opinion. He might have been the last true conservative we will have for years to come and might have been the last true conservative we will ever have. I think one of the only mistakes he made was giving amnesty to the 9 million illegals but had he saw how much of a problem it would be in the future, he would not have done it.

Paris hiltons fines cost as much as any and were probably reduced by her lawyer. For some people similar fines represent a large percentage of income. Is it just that the poor suffer more for the same crime. Needless to say they actually serve their time which she didnt do.
