There is this country known as North Korea, where an oppressive, autocratic regime dictates and brain washes its people.
I am lead to believe by a very reliable source ( the man himself, Kim Jong Il) that George Bush envies his leadership skills, aspires to be like Kim Jong Il and is planning to further emulate North Koreas Governance in the US of A.
When this happens George Bush believes he can only then be considered as the Worlds best leader. George Bush believes the only competition for this coveted title is Kim Jong Il.
You may elect not to believe this, however take a look outside your doors all you people of the US of A, open your eyes!

Secondly the best world leader would obviously be Dr. Evil if you're to use Prez Bush as setting the bench mark one has insane over the top ideas that cost millions of dollars doesn't think of the consequences of his plans or effect they have on those that follow the other is a mad cap movie baddie!!!!
