If the enemy wants to kill an American soldier,it is too easy for them to recognize and shoot. Our uniform and weapons and equipment we use, says "here I am". Our enemies can not make a mistake and shoot one of their own,by mistake.
But our soldiers who are instructed to shoot the terrorist, not regular Iraqi citizens, they have no way of telling who is who
until it is too late.
I think this is one of the main reasons we are not and can not win the war against terrorism, without killing all the Iraqis.
One solution is, we all dress like the Iraqis to confuse the El Kaida.
Another one is, we ask all regular Iraqis dress like American soldier. That will leave the terrorist in different clothes and easy to recognize.
I just don't understand why we make our soldiers so easy to target and kill. It just doesn't make sense, What do you think?

Not a specific state or city, but like restaurants, stores, etc. In the United States, they're illegal in all public places and what else?

In my opinion, a big part of the reason the war in Iraq is going so badly is that so few in the current administration (and none at the top) have served in the military. They have, at every turn, ignored the advice of senior and retired military personnel in favor of advice they wanted to hear.

So, to that end, which of the candidates have served in the military? How many have served in war time? How many will lead with the advise of Generals instead of "political strategists"?

Lets be realistic.

Animals don't pay taxes, they can't sign contracts, they can't own or trade property, they can't consent to anything, they cannot even philosophize their own concept of rights, etc. They act on instinct alone, and they certainly don't respect anyone else's rights.

Animals have the right to be eaten by me. That's it!

With all the conspiracy theories, people claiming the government is hiding secret military aircrafts and aliens, and Dick Cheney's secretive personality, I can't help but think, is the government hiding something? Something really big maybe even. something that could be world-changing. (USA Government)

THE 1996 ANTI-TERRORISM BILL FOR EXAMPLE?

BETTER YET. WHY DO THEY SIT HERE AND CRITICIZE CLINTON FOR NOT DOING ENOUGH WHEN 8 YEARS AGO THEY WERE CRITICIZING HIM FOR DOING TOO MUCH???
--------------------
REPUBLICANS ON THE CLINTON 1996 ANTI-TERRORISM BILL

Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, emerged from the meeting and said, "These are very controversial provisions that the White House wants. Some they're not going to get." Hatch called Clinton's proposed study of taggants -- chemical markers in explosives that could help track terrorists -- "a phony issue."

What do you think about illegal immigrants who come over and give birth, so that their children can have citizenship?
I personally believe that their kids' US citizenship should be revoked, as the parents went through the process illegally, therefore they should all be deported. I know this is a huge problem in the country, with positives and negatives.

What do you all think?

right now most states charge $100 fine and maybe towing. Do you think it should more or less severe punishment? This would also include people who use a family members tag so they can park up front. Most public parking is free for the handicapped.

I am so sick of the same pro choice justifacations, it isn't a real person just a clump of cells, it is a womans choice, what if they were raped, it is just a fetus not a baby, what if you can't afford the baby, what if it was a mistake my birth control failed. All of this makes me sick, the bottom line is that you are killing a baby period end of story.

Don't get me wrong, I am very glad we have been relatively safe from the work of 'Jihad,' but after really thinking about the situation, I don't understand why we aren't hearing of attacks inside the United States everyday.

It is no secret that these terrorist groups despise the United States on a level only below Israel.

Getting inside our country would of course not be a problem, as one would have to try pretty hard to be caught. Most of these explosives can be made legally without buying illegal equipment.

The only guess I can come up with is they are plotting for one giant strike to kick things off. If even one was successful, which wouldn't be a hard feat, we would step up security instantly, as this would hit closer to home than the violence in Iraq most Americans are sheltered from. This really scares me, as this is the only rational explanation I can think of.

I have a question about "anchor babies", those babies that are born to illegal immigrants in the United States and granted U.S. citizenship. What if the baby is born to one American parent and one illegal parent? The reason I ask is because my niece is having a baby and she is American (white) but the guy is illegal. Now the girl is worried that the guy will use the baby to get U.S. status. Can he do this? I heard they won't deport him because he has this baby here, but the baby has an American mother, so would it matter? It's not like both parents are illegal. Also, someone told her that if he pays child support for 7 years, he can qualify for U.S. citizenship. I have never heard these things before and wondered if anyone here had. Thanks.

Also, how do you think the U.S. constitutional "right to free speech" relates to what you can and can't do on Yahoo Answers?

Finally, is the U.S. constitutional "right to free speech" the same as the "human" right (aka "natural" right) to free speech?

I'm most interested in how you think it relates to Yahoo Answers, so if you only have time to answer one part of the question, please try to answer this one.

Oh it's no problem. Just fly a few planes over the border, or have Israel do it, and take out their nuclear sites, right? Uh, no.
Fact is that we have an army parked in the country next to Iran, and at this point if the Iranian army marched across the border, I'm not exactly sure where the Iraqis would stand. We're having a tough go with an insurgency, could you imagine if we were dealing with a full scale Shi'ia revolt AND the Iranians in ground combat?
