Just the ones that drink and drive.
Beyond popular belief (brainwashing) there is no magic fairy that comes down and gives someone the knowledge and responsibility at age 21 in order to make it ok for someone to drink.
I've known MANY "underage" drinkers that were far more responsible than many "legal" age drinkers.

These kids know they shouldn't be drinking but they continue to do it anyway. Of course people(underaged or not) who drink and drive are the ones that are putting other drivers at danger. Yet still even if the college underage kids are drinking and not driving problems still can occur. Beer clouds the mind and can make you make some dum choices.

Yes underage drinking by college students is a problem as they drink and drive also. It is a problem here in my city. They sweep the campus bars and find underage drinkers and fake IDs. These kids get drunk and drive. Student killed a few months ago and the driver was 19 and drunk.

underage drinking, no matter where, is illegal. there are a few narrow exemptions to the law. but for the most part, if your under 21, your illegal to drink. drinking and driving is a whole different problem.

college students who binge drink are harming themselves, but if they're not driving drunk and endangering others as well i don't think it's a problem. a drunk driver who is over 21 is a bigger hazard than a drunk college student who stays in one place.

Well, let's see...
Both are illegal acts.
Both can cause injury or death.
Both can cause property damage.
Both lower the quality of life of a community.
Drunk drivers probably endanger others more than underage drinkers.

It is part of the problem. College kids often do stupid things with liquor, like drinking themselves to death.
