It had to be something that showed the negligence of the Clinton administration. Personally I think it was something that showed the Clinton administration had a chance to kill Bin Laden and passed it up. The testimony of the CIA agents does not match with the administration's story. I do see why the agents would lie but Clinton sure seems to have incentive.
