I believe in the Death Penalty and I think it needs to be enforced in cases of career, violent, manic and or psychotic and malicious criminals. Just can't get with allowing pedofiles, child molesters, murderers, crooks and criminals to live off the taxpayers money. My money is going too many places I choose not for it to go. I say... Don't mix church and state... and kill them.

That is why they came up with the Three Strikes You're Out Law. If you commit 3 violent crimes, the judge has the option of giving you a life sentence. They have that here in Washington, and I believe quite a few more states.

OK...let's go with personal experience here.
my cousin is a repeat offender. Multiple DWI's. Been in and out of jail a lot.
He's now on house arrest.
As soon as he got out of jail, his parents (whom he lives with) bought him beer. ARGH!
In this case, it's not considered violent. But when will it be? Does he actually have to kill someone before he's locked up for good? In & out of jail....in & out of rehab.
We have a 3 strikes out law, but believe me, he's had way more than 3.
I'm for locking him up! It may be my kids he kills!

Several states have 'Three Strikes' laws designed to do just that. Those states also have crowded jails.
