This guy thinks I owe him alot more than I ever agreed too pay in the first place. (For web development services) Now he's using the courts to try and force me to pay, he says he'll even be able to dock my pay. If the contract is written aand based on california business law, am I obliged to get a Calif. attorney? I'd be more comfortable with someone from my own state.

Sorry this is a long one. I will probably have to add details a couple times. Okay I quit a job I had without notice in April because my boss had absolutely humiliated me in front of fellow coworkers, and regular customers by accusing me of stealing, I did NOT steal, he had no evidence, it was just because I was the newest employee. I offered to take a polygraph and they promised they would set one up and they never did. I had to empty all my pockets, my purse, coat everything in front of people. I went home and cried for a few hours and decided that I was going to quit because this humilation was on top of a million other problems with this job. But when I quit I had an interview set up already for the next week for a new job, which I did get, but it was at a school so now I am off for the summer and applied for unemployment, but I can't get it because I was told that "humiliation" is not reasonable cause to quit a job. (they had to go back on the prior job because I hadn't worked lo

Rep. John J. Duncan Jr. (R-TN): When you find out you are going down the wrong way on the interstate, you do not keep going. You get off at the next exit." (Democrats have been saying that for years)
Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX): "The biggest red herring in this debate is the innuendo that those who don't support expanding the war somehow don't support the troops." (Democrats have been saying that for years)
Sen. Susan Collins (R-Me.): "My conclusion was that it would be a mistake to send more troops to Baghdad. I think the sectarian violence there requires a political, not a military, solution." (Wow...Democrats have been saying that for years!)
Are they anti common sense?

It has often been proposed that the president be limited to a single six-year term. Would such a change strengthen or weaken the presidency? Would it improve the functioning of the American political system?

Take into consideration the stealthiness of each country ex. (the U.S being very patriotic and Bush never being able to keep his mouth shut good or bad, and China having done many new experiments and developements without any other countries knowing). Obviously i am in favour of China, and also i am angered by the Americans.

just to ask you if this makes sense: how can america be fighting for peace if they themselves (bush mostly) do not want to pull their troops out of the middle east when it is obvious that the war is in the end going to be very very costly to both the u.s and the middle east. how can the u.s call their war a "war against terror"?! have they not taken in consideration the fear and agony of the people in the middle east who were never meant to be in this war?another thing (this may be a little long) but how are the U.S aloud, or have the right to do this?: when china decieded to buy a aircraft carrier from russia, the americans stoped them, how can they do this

Even though his father was part of the SS Nazi party in Austria during WWII

Even though he has said he has dreamed of one day being a dictator of a great Nation

Even though he has said the 90% of people need to be told what to do

Even though he used Steroids to become what he is

Even though our Constitution specifically states that no foreign born citizen may run for President

Well, I have news for you!

He has had a couple of "Private" meetings with Karl Rove and with this new picture with Bloomberg on Time Magazine, you can pretty well bet the he will have the financial backing to run - after they rewrite and destroy our Constitution

Here look at Arnold in his shiny SS Nazi skull Belt Buckle

In the past, the main thrust of the Holocaust/Genocide Project's magazine, An End To Intolerance, has been the genocides that occurred in history and outside of the United States. Still, what we mustn't forget is that mass killing of Native Americans occurred in our own country. As a result, bigotry and racial discrimination still exist.

"By conservative estimates, the population of the United states prior to European contact was greater than 12 million. Four centuries later, the count was reduced by 95% to 237 thousand.

One could argue neither Jeb Bush or George Bush would hold the political offices they hold today if not for the hispanic votes they both recieved. Do you think there will be a significant shift in how the hispanic people vote in the next election? Is there any doubt that the Republicans are not shooting themselves in the foot on this one?
