1. This is a Federal law, but it doesn't not provide funding for the state and local communities who will have to add more infrastructure to accomodate so many new residents: new schools, hospitals, streets, and don't forget jail cells.

2. It does not identify who is already in the U.S., unless those people come forward and apply. Illegal aliens who may be here short-term, like smugglers or gang members, will still be able to do their thing and leave, without being forced to come forward at all.

3. It allows employers to continue exploiting foreign workers by paying substandard wages, and extorting them with threats of requiring them to leave, as they currently do. In fact, it legalizes hiring them.

Proposed reform provides "Amnesty" to millions of criminals.

Proposed reform would cause even longer delays for entry to the many who are seeking immigration through the proper channels.

That there is not any kind of provision whatsoever in the bill to check people who are coming into the USA on visas for contagious diseases.

That they would allow members of violent gangs such as MS13 to obtain the proposed Zvisa by simply signing a paper
saying they promise not to be involved with the gang anymore.

That it will allow illegals permant resident status, period. I am not for rewarding people who broke the law.
