Yes, I'm a conservative, and this is tongue-in-cheek.

But think about it. The guy (Hockney) was a real jerk, but he DID try to make sure Rose got into a lifeboat, even before he did! All Jack got her was a lousy door to float on. And he even went after her into the sinking ship - firing a gun, yes, but also to get her and bring her to safety. He probably wasn't even aiming at her! And he didn't even realize she had the diamond until after she got away.

And why is Rose so admirable? She may not have had any part in insurance fraud (claiming the necklace was lost) but she didn't give it back to her fiance either! And she was an ILLEGAL ALIEN! She gave a false name to get in the country. And to top it all off, she must have pawned the diamond at some point, to get her start in life. You don't see her dropping it into the water in 1912 now, do you? No, THAT part of her old life she kept!

So she owes all her happiness to her RICH fiance, at least as much as to Jack! :)

What's up with the plot to try to blow up half of New York by setting explosives around the JFK Airport fuel tanks? How was that plot happening, if our fighting in Iraq is keeping terrorists out of our country?

And, um, how'd they get into this country anyway?

(Yes, I realize that they're from Guyana - that's part of my point, but I'd like to know the answer to my question from someone who claims that what we're doing in Iraq is working in terms of keeping terrorists off our soil.)

Are there any other programs besides Itunes that you can download music to your Ipod? I have had ITunes for ahwile now.. and its not bad.. but my computer crashed and I didnt have all the music backed up.. so I lost about 100 songs and they would not let me get them back which I think is riduculous since I paid for them! So I was just wondering if there were any other programs that you would recommend? Thanks

If Republicans are using God as an excuse to make Gay marriage impossible shouldn't they do the same to heterosexual divorce. Think about it. If, according to them, Gay marriage corrupts family values and leads to the distruction of the American family unit doesn't straight divorce do the same? Make divorce illigal. Same thing. This question is not directed at foreigners, but rather at those Americans who hate their own country. I realize that we are entrenched in a massively unpopular war in Iraq and Afghanistan which angers many, but I cannot understand the unabiding hatrid of America by so many. Everywhere I look I hear Americans denouncing America in language that would make Osama Bin Laden proud! They say outrageous things like America is the world's biggest rogue nation, or terrorist state! They compair the US with the Soviet Union, and they denounce Americans as uncaring, racist, sexist, homophobic, etc. I simply cannot understand this self loathing. The USA does indeed have its share of deficiencies, but on the whole I think we are a far greater source of good, than a source of evil. Honestly, I don't know of any other country that during a war drops crates of food for the citizens of the country we are at war with, in order to avert starvation! Where did all this hate come from?

We live in a condo which we own but it is run by a homeowners association.My neighbors car alarm is so senstive it goes off when the wind blows!!!He dosent hear it,and when it is brought to his attention he says he didnt hear nothing!Other then a nice louisville slugger , what can I do?
