Bill is excited anytime there's a crowd of brainwashed fans to suck up to him. He has done plenty of good but is still a politician addicted to approval like crack.

I don't know if he is excited, but I think that it was nearly unanimous that all of the Democratic contenders will utilize President Clinton in that role. Could you imagine anyone using the present "office filler" as a roving ambassador after he leaves office?
