If anything that he did is technically illegal, then yes. Further, what he did was morally contemptible and if any of the people who's health he so callously risked have contracted TB due to him, then they should sue him and he should be required to pay for all their healthcare, loss of income, pain and suffering, etc. He says he didn't know??? Seriously?? Right, then why did he sneak back in over the Canadian border?

There are certain guidelines that must be followed when considering to disbar an attorney. He is licensed to practice in GA so you would need to consult their website to determine what that grounds are for disbarment.
The Rules of Professional Conduct are found at Part IV, Chapter 1 of the Bar Rules. Part IV, Chapter 2 contains the procedural rules for disciplinary actions against lawyers. In addition to the Rules, the Bar and the Supreme Court periodically have issued Formal Advisory Opinions that clarify a lawyer's obligations in certain situations. A complete list of Formal Advisory Opinions follows Part IV, Chapter 3 of the Bar Rules.

I don't think he should be disbarred but I do think he should spend some time in jail. WHat he did was sooo selfish. He could ending causing an ephidemic. He does need to be punished. I think he's not a very smart man and what he did was wrong.

I don't think there is grounds for him being disbarred. He did nothing illegal.
HOWEVER, I really hope he has a large personal liability policy, because I am sure he is running the risk of being sued if somebody thinks they have contracted the same strain of tuberculosis from him.

I think so. and thats all the punishment the guy needs in my opinion. It galls me to no end this guy was an ambulance chaser. I wish everyone on the plane would sue him for stress and mental fatigue because they were worried he gave them TB.

No. What does one have to do with the other? Would you revoke the license of a doctor because his son gets parking tickets?

No, his illness had nothing to do with his occupation. Besides he will need his job to pay for people he may have infected.
