We live in a globalized world. You are bound to hear all kinds of languages. That's inevitable. I KNOW in a Jewish synagogue near New York City, and I don't live there, the rabbi is using Hebrew and/or Yiddish. In a mosque, Arabic. Hispanics use Spanish [or "Spanglish" some call it] Why so many in this USA dislike listening foreign languages? I speak, write, read and understand English and Spanish. Why the fuss? What do you think?

If I feel I am being bullied at work, my supervisor or manager has been mean and unfair to me, and there are people who have witnessed these facts, if there are videos throughout my workplace that can be reviewed to support my claim. What's the correct way to report this person? Who do you go to first? do you contact the helpline or the boss at your workplace? and if it doesn't work, who do you contact next?. Thanks.

Many Republicans think that Mr. Thompson would be a good candidate to be President. Why? What are his positions on issues confronting the country? If you think he would be a good President, why do you think so?

Suppose we had the technology to add the image of one more U.S. President to Mount Rushmore.

Who would you want to see added?

I would think Kennedy and Reagan would be the top contenders.

We are in trillions of dollars of debt. The current administration is advocating putting us farther in debt to support the war by keeping the war spending out of the budget. What is the conservative plan to change this?

It's not like either side is right all or even half the time. Doesn't it make more sense to be a liberal on certain issues like helping the poor and be a conservative when it comes to having morals instead of just letting people do whatever they please like doing drugs and having sex with anyone they want. Also, many issues like helping the poor aren't as black and white as just giving out handouts or trying to establish a communist uthopia, but there needs to be long term realistic solutions such teaching people skills to live a better life.

Civil war
no war is civil
civil people do not deny others their right to life
killing is never moral, no matter how just the casue
there are only wars that put brother against brother
which is shameful, because is thicker than water

i want to see if people will stick around after they answer to change and debate with me.
Also, any comments are welcome.

I mean that is what the prez has just said is his ideal. What he envision's for Iraq. I don't see any point to it. In spite of the economic success of S. Korea, we are still offically at war with the North. There is no DMZ in Iraq. These religious idiot's live in the same nieghbor hood's to each other. Are we planning to be there the next three hundred year's like the British in North Ireland? Seem's like that and I say heck no! No more. Let these jerk's kill each other until the exhaust themselve's. Let's leave Iraq and concentrate on the real war in Afaghanstan!

Elizabeth Howard suggested I look at 'Wikipeda'. First off, they give eye witness reports however they don't add the eye witness reports about planes w/o windows.

When I asked why won't the FBI release the tapes from the Sheraton Hotel, the Dept of Trans, and the Gas station - she said they have. That's complete UNtrue Eliz - the FBI hasn't released those tapes from ALL THOSE LOCATIONS - I mentioned. However, they did release a 5 jumb cut frame from a guard camera from a ridulucous angle that doesn't prove anything. Not being agruementative - just logical.

To this day - the FBI readily admits - they simply do not know how many mass murderers there actually were on that day - so saying 19 is completely bogus!

Also Eliz, saying that all the buildings were hit by planes is inaccurate. Bldg # 7 wasn't - EVEN THE 9/11 COMMISSION DOESN'T KNOW HOW BUILDING #7 CAME DOWN!!!

I read in the NYT that Bush will send 100 billion dollars of our tax dollars to Iraq. I don't really know whos pocket that will end in. I haven't driven a car in two years, Just my bicycle. I used to have a car and sold it. Yes, I'm kind of scatterbrained today.

Some very religious people including priests and Catholic religious vote for pro-abortion politicians..

Many do not consider abortion to be a moral compass issue.. How many people have asked their Priests and Reverends what they think on this issue and if each votes for pro-abortion politicians and why.. Some vote for pro-abortion politicians because the same pro-abortion politicians vow to help the poor, improve education or some other social issue. As a result because of this voting booth reality, abortion might be permanent, here to stay.. What do you think? I struggle with this..

My ex-spouse was in the military and recently died in a horrible accident, his death was non-service related but he was serving on active duty for almost 12 years before the accident. He was not married at the time of his death. My question is, are our children still entitled to survivor benefits from the military & the government, and if so, what benefits are they entitled to? Thanks in advance for your help.

*FYI... he died while on active duty in the Navy, in another country.

"What can be done at a grass roots level to get the President of out office?" - If this person understood the political system they would know the President will be in office until the end of his term and that it is to late to try and get rid of him now, even if there was a reason for it.
