At the beginning of the Bush administration, we went to war in Afghanistan, then Iraq and now we find ourselves entangled with threats from Iran and North Korea. A recent news article mentioned that the government is again calling on the National Guard for deployment, because of insufficiet troop levels. We're spending billions of dollars a week. Who knows if there will be threats from other countries in the near future. How much longer can we keep this up? By sending all of our resources overseas, we may not be able to protect our homeland in a time of crisis. How many of us are willing for higher taxes or re-instituting the draft? How necessary is our involvement in all of these countries? What is your opinion of this quandry?

It is one thing to Grandstand over taxes, but to stall the mechanism supporting our Brave men and women in uniform, being true Patriots, men and women of courage, character, and True Grit, to be stabbed in the back by Democrats is unconscionable.

My current boyfriend has an ex who will not go away. He has not been in any sort of contact with her since Dec. 2005, when we met. She lives a state away, so at least she is not showing up at our house. All of her harassment is done on-line. When we first started dating she would send him really nasty emails, ie - she was going to report their dog as stolen to the police (which she let him have when they split). She's said she will committ fraud with his information 9she said she had an old copy of his social security card).... sometimes she will just send random emails about what is going on in her life. He has never responded, not once. She'll beg him to contact her because her mom "is on the verge of dying and she's so sad." He washed his hands of her 2 years ago when he came back to their house once day and there were a bunch of used condoms in the trash. She has even hooked up with a new guy and is getting married. What can I legally do? We just want her to go away, FOOR GOOD!

A popular Des Moines Barber shop had a new robotic barber installed. A fellow came in for a haircut. As the
robot began to cut his hair it asked him, "What's your IQ?" The man replied, "130." So the robot proceeded to
make conversation about physics, astronomy, investments, insurance, and so on. The man listened intently and
said, "This is really cool."
Later, another gent came in for a haircut and the robot asked him as it began the haircut, "What's your IQ?" The
man responded, "100." So the robot started talking about football, baseball, and so on. The man thought to
himself, Wow, this is really cool."
Later on, a third guy came in to the barbershop. As with the others, the robot barber asked him, "What's your
IQ?" The man replied, "70." The robot then said, "So, I understand you Democrats are really excited about
Hillary running for president?"

I have been a Sprint customer for almost a year, and have had problems with them for just as long. I ordered 1 phone and they sent me 2 additional phones w/2 additional bills, and when I wouldn't pay, they sent the 2 accounts to a collection agency, to ruin my credit! Luckily they realized their mistake and that problem has been cleared up. But now, I am currently living in Syracuse, NY (since August, in grad school) and my phone doesn't get reception. Every call I make is a dropped call, so they give me $10 credit per month. I can hardly use my phone indoors or outdoors, yet I have to pay $80 a month for a service asked for, which isn't being provided. When I enter my zip code on their website, it says my area has excellent coverage, which is a lie!! Can a pro-bono lawyer please help me???

WHAT THE ADMENDMENT SAYS IS THAT A PRESIDENT SHALL SERVE NO MORE THAN TWO TERMS. IT ONLY SAYS TWO CONSECTIVE TERMS, NOT TWO TERMS TOTAL, SO HE CAN RUN AGAIN NEXT TIME AROUND. MY TEACHER TOLD ME THIS, AND SAID THAT CLINTON CAN RUN AGAIN, EVEN THOUGH HE SERVED AS PRESIDENT FOR 2 TERMS, HE SAT OUT FOR 2, SO HE IS ALLOWED TO RUN AGAIN. THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD, THAT A PRESIDENT CAN RUN AS MANY TIMES AS HE WANTS, JUST NO MORE THAN 2 IN A ROW. CHECK YOUR ADMENDMENTS, BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT I WAS TAUGHT.

Our National Treasure, men and women in uniform responding to the call of their Nation being brutally stabbed in the back by Democratic Grandstanding, it is an obscenity , and clear message to any enemy that would harm the citizens of this Country that they can count on the Democrats to be their ally?

Suddenly, a dangerous
looking man with a huge knife comes around the corner and is running at you while screaming obscenities. In your
hand is a .357 Magnum and you are an expert shot.
You have mere seconds before he reaches you and your family. What do you do?

Liberal Answer:

Well that's not enough information to answer the question! Does the man look poor or oppressed? Have I ever
done anything to him that is inspiring him to attack? Could we run away? What does my wife think? What about
the kids? Could I possibly swing the gun like a club and knock the knife out of his hand? What does the law say
about this situation? Is it possible he'd be happy with just killing me? Does he definitely want to kill me or would he
just be content to wound me? If I were to grab his knees and hold on, could my family get away while he was
stabbing me? This is all so confusing! I need to debate this with some friends for a few days to try to come to a
conclusion.

You can put a redneck in a suit, but he stays a redneck.
But, my question:
Have you noticed that Fox is starting to 'tone down' the extreme right-wing rhetoric?
Or is this just me 'hoping'?
After all, 'hope springs eternal', not so?

In Virginia Beach, VA, an illegal immigrant was driving drunk and killed two teenage girls sitting in their car. He only has an International driver's liscense and was able to buy a car, register it, and obtain insurance. Also, he has had 3 DUIs previously and was still allowed to drive. How could this have happened? If he has 3 DUIs then he was detained by the police dept. Why then let him go if he is in this country illegally. How was he able to buy a car and insurance if his driver's liscense is invaild? Who is at fault here? Now two teenagers are dead and we are left with hard questions to anwser.

claims she went to syria about america's policy, then why bother going..??? americas policy is no negotiating with them until they stop supporting terrorist organizations.....and stop letteing terrorists and weapons from crossing the border into iraq.....personally...i think she ewent to try and assure the terrorist sponsoring states over there that if a democrat is elected in 08 that we will back off the middle east and the fascists can run things as they see fit...there just doesnt seem to be any other reason.....as devisive as she is, she certainly couldnt be over there to tell them we are going to stick with our policy and hold the threat of military action against them if we catch them red handed....i think she went there to assure them they have supporters in america and in politics in america....
