You can't do that. According to Mexican Immigration law in Mexico. It is illegal for a person who is not a natural born citizen of Mexico to own beach front property.

For a person who is criminally minded or can be easily distracted to be so, perhaps.
A thinking person, would realize that to do something illegal and to be caught would quite possible have serious consequences. Especially so in Mexico. Interestingly you don't suggest that a penalty for being caught doing so would be forthcoming if the deception was realized.
There of course, would be many who would think that to realize the benefits even though they may be short lived would be grand and would jump at the opportunity to gorge themselves on the opportunity, to Heck with the law.
Who cares if it might violate the well being of those who live in and care for the infrastructure that supports that nice home. Roads and services to maintain access and so on.
This is what illegal immigrants from Mexico do when they come here. They either don't think of or don't care about others ...only themselves. This is because they have not had benefit of the legal process wherein social responsibility is made specific. The obligation to speak English and so on.
At this point in the game they are scrambling to complete the robbery by stealing yet another thing ...legalized citizenship.
It's wrong and always will be. There is no justification for allowing it as legit. They need to apply for citizenship after leaving the country and be processed in the order of all those from around the world who are seeking legal immigration.

Nope. I'm an American and believe in a lawful, orderly society. I also believe in a society that encourages all of its people to reach their full potential and make life better for their children. I value living in a safe and clean neighborhood where my kids can play and people take pride in their possessions, as well as access to quality medical care. Mexico offers none of that, and probably never will.
I also believe in respecting a country's sovereignty and living by its laws. Illegal aliens, by definition, do not share the same beliefs.

Foreigners are not allowed to own property on the beach in Mexico. Nor, even if legal, to vote or to run for political office or to take part in political rallies. If they don't speak fluent Spanish, they can't work, either.
Nah, I'll stay here.

Sure, as long as I had plenty of free cash to bribe government officials. Unlike us, Mexico takes illegal immigration as a serious matter.

I wouldn't step foot in that country with a free vacation. There is nothing there that interests me what-so-ever.
