It is one thing to Grandstand over taxes, but to stall the mechanism supporting our Brave men and women in uniform, being true Patriots, men and women of courage, character, and True Grit, to be stabbed in the back by Democrats is unconscionable.

They aren't stabbing them in the back. They are trying to remove them from harm's way by setting a deadline for their removal. Remember who was primarily responsible for them being put in harm's way in the first place? That is, of course, your friend George Bush and his lying cohort of schemers intent on dragging America into an unnecessary conflict and taking their eyes off the real prize, Osama bin Laden and friends in Afghanistan and its environs. It's Dubya who is being recalcitrant here. Congress offered him the funding. He just won't accept it with the strings attached. Too bad! There is a new Dog in Washington, and it is trying to do the will of the American people, who no longer support Dubya's fiasco by a rather substantial majority. This Congress chooses not to obey the will of Dubya and his thieving corporate friends. That's not their job! They were elected to serve the people, not an incompetent president. Dubya derives whatever authority he has left from the consent of the people, who no longer consent to perpetuating the debacle in Iraq. The people giveth and the people taketh away!

There is plenty of money until July , the Democrats will never hold back money for the troops. Bush is a idiot and want sign to bring our troops home in 2008. Yesterday the Shites
marched and almost had a riot wanting the American invaders out of Iraq. Why stay when they aren't wanted, have you signed up to check out to Iraq, have you. Big talk behind that computer , talk is big showing is a man , are you ready to be a man. If you are than go sign up, get your uniform , rifle and hit it on out.

Bush is the one who vetoed the money. He is the one stalling the process. All because the democrats put in accountability and limited time, which is what they were elected into the majority to do.

THe person above me Nicki is a moron. To use a protest by Al Sadr to represent all of Iraq is the equivalant of using a rally by the KKK to represent all of America.
