I've been to the US twice with B1/B2 visa. I returned to my country on time. Because I didn't want to stay there illegally. Now I want my wife and sons to see and rest in the US for couple of months. How easy do you think the US Embassy would give them visas? Any experiences?

After following me for about 5 miles he pulls me over and asks for my license and registration, which I give to him. He looks my car over; everything is current like the inspection sticker, registration, etc. Next the cop asks me for my consent to search my car. I reply that not only did he not have probable cause to pull me over in the first place, but he also has no probable cause to search my car and therefore, no, I do not consent to a search. Cop calls his supervisor who asks me how I'm doing. Fine, I reply, and I ask why I'm pulled over. He goes over to the first cop who'd stopped me, got my lisence and registration from him, giving 'em back to me and saying "have a nice night". I leave, am followed to county line. Any idea what causes this to happen? I do drive an older car (1985 thunderbird). Was it a good idea to not give consent to a search? I don't use and drugs at all, nor do I drink, so I had no acid, no weed, no beer. Thanks for your thoughts on this.

i'm on probation and my job is wanting me to move out of state asap. i've been doing fine on probation with no violations and have met all my requirements. my PO never comes to visit and i always make my monthly appointments. i'm looking into the possibility of transferring my probation to the new state, or getting an early termination. only problem is that they can both be a lengthy process. how much trouble can i get in if i go ahead and move without it getting it settled, yet still making the steps to get it settled and possibily doing it from another state. i would still come in town to get everything taken care of when needed, but i would technically be in the new state. i'd just fly in when i needed to appear in court or meet with the PO. i'd be technically lying, but what are the chances they could find out? i don't want to do anything wrong, but i'm feeling alot of pressure from my employer, and i don't want them knowing about my probation. please help.

Bush says, it's going to be a long struggle.
He must have known that he couldn't finish the job in his term, that he would have to pass it on to his successors.

Bush must have an opinion on who he thinks could best finish the job. Has he done anything to groom a successor? Any idea on who would be Bush's choice for the job?

Anyway, he's already declared mission accomplished. He's accomplished his mission.

Who's better to finish the job? (or)
Who could get them home the fastest?

How can "We the People" become independent from oil countries that love using our need for their oil as a lever against us?
I know it will be a political issue, but is it possible to agree to disassociate ourselves from the OPEC Nations and try and become self sufficient.
Can we agree on nuclear and solar. Wind and coal. Geo-thermal and oil, our own deposits, coal, shale, oil, gas? Lets work together to bring our soldiers home and become a strong independent nation.

We have all this technology for the U.S. military, but why can't we win the war? Because we have everything that our enemy has/had, but why don't we just use it all and win the war?

awhile back a cop pulled me over for driving with my brights on. Yes, it is rude. But, is it illegal? Is there a written law saying you have to turn your dim lights on with an approaching car? FYI that cop was fired because I have a police scanner and obtained the copy of the radio chatted where him and another car were waiting for me to pull out of my driveway to pull me over (entrapment) however, the ticket for bright lights stood up in court.

He left a dinner bar and had one beer while he was there. The police followed all the way through town, out of the city limits and up his driveway. Upon reaching the top of his driveway the police turned on his blue lights. When my friend got out of the car he said," why are you turning your lights on now ?" "And your out of your jurisdiction. " The police officer replied he saw him swurving and thought he was drunk. The officer then asked, "Is their anyone in the house?" My friend said, "No". At that time the officer maised him in the face, when he fell down he kicked him in the leg and broke his leg. When my friend said," Man, you broke my leg," he slammed his head into the concrete. Police told him to get up and walk a sobriety walk, he of course couldnot walk with a broken leg. We messured 30 ft. of blood stain where the officer made him walk on a broken leg. Because of the shock he was in he was in he was life flighted to local trauma hospital., they also forgot to do blood test.
