The Bush Administration has had nearly 30 different and sometimes contradictory reasons for the War in Iraq .They range from the silly to the absurd and include the following:
1. Saddam Hussein is bad...mmm 'kay.
2. Iraq may have had something to do with the Anthrax scare that followed 9/11.
3. The US should have deposed Saddam in the first Gulf War in '91.
4.Iraq was weak...easily trounced.
5.Iraq (a weak nation...easily trounced) is a threat to the entire world
6.If not a threat to the world, the weak nation of Iraq is a threat to the US.
7.If not a threat to the world or the US, the weak nation of Iraq is a threat to its neighbors.
8.Iraq hasn't followed UN resolutions.
9.Saddam doesn't have WMDs but he really, really wants them.
10.It is necessary to destroy Iraq in order to prove that democracy and capitalism are best.
11. We don't exactly know what Iraq wants to do...let's get them before they do it.
12. Let's send a message to the other nations of the world...we'll bomb you before you can even conceive of bombing us.
13.The children...pleas won't someone think of the children.
14.War is peace. Peace is war.
15.Iraq really, really wanted nukes...really, really wanted them.
16.Invading Iraq defends freedom...from the really weak nation of Iraq.
17.Saddam really, really, really, really wanted WMDs and was violating international law by really, really wanting them.
18. If we don't invade Iraq, the US will look like sissies when the history of the 21st Century is written.
19. Because Saddam is a hater.
20. Revenge! Because Saddam tried to kill President Bush's dad, the first President Bush.
21. Oil. According to Bush's economic advisor deposing Saddam was supposed to add 5-6 billion barrels of oil to world production a day.
22.Dick Cheney's "flypaper" scenario. Invading Iraq would draw all the evil-doers to one country where we could kill'em all. I guess if it is one thing Cheney knows it's hunting.
23.It's God's will.
24.To protect Israel (Israel is renowned for having the best military in the region --Does the Six Day War ring any bells? Iraq on the other hand was weak -- I think Israel could have defended themselves).
25. Because Iraq, the kind of secular state al Qaeda is fighting against, may have at one point teamed up with al Qaeda...err...maybe...
26.Because Iraq had WMDs which it received in the 1980s from the US but destroyed in the 1990s.
27.Because Saddam is a bad dude who opressed his people...but then again so are our allies in the region...

i'm guessing there is not any longer in all probability any slowing you down - yet i became under no circumstances below the impact that the international commerce midsection's metallic helps have been melted with the help of fireplace. It became my understand-how that the impression of the planes and the consequent explosion knocked out mandatory areas of the homes help shape, and the component of the construction above the crash acted as a weight pressing down and straining the construction's structural integrity till it buckled. that's is a few thing you will possibly be conscious with considerable different and toddlers products like rest room paper roles; in case you practice lots of stress on the ends interior the staggering way it won't buckle, however the device will become fairly volatile in one in all those way that a reasonable version interior the direction of the stress or the potential of the help shape would reason it to buckle. Is there some variety of epidemic of people insisting that the international commerce midsection buckled via metallic melting?

There is more truth than you could handle. Why don;t you get up off your playstation and visit that part of the world. Better yet, join the military. It will be the most enlightening experience you will ever recieve. Although, you are probably just a coward and are scare to step out of the fantasy world that the media has created for you.

Apparently, you are a member of the "Peace At Any Cost" crowd - you know, the ones who would have had us speaking either German or Japanese after we stayed home, safe and content, during WWII.
By the way, I bet you can't substantiate your premise of a "lie-based war?"

What happens if it slows down--who's next to keep the Industrial Complex reaping in the $$.
Out of $96 bil the US Troops asked for $4 bil for updated protective gear suited better for the IED's and they got cut in half $2 bil by Appropriations. SUPPORT the TROOPS/war!

Did you notice how the entire Bush and Cheney clans didn't go? If he thought this was such an important issue, why haven't they volunteered?
