Who else likes slapping chickenhwak Neocons?

“judicial immunity” seems to take away basic human rights under a court case called Re East: Ex Parte Nguyen:
Seems that when the government wants to hide something they can.
Does anyone know of a court case that will over rule the one above.
I was sent a link by human rights body in Australia (http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/cases/cth/HCA/1998/73.html) that basically says that id there are other avenues then you cant take the government under civil action.

Surly if a Judge works outside his guide lines or any other government body then why are they not responsible like a doctor or trades person?

We must learn from the lessons of history. When that fool Neville Chamberlain believed he could appease Hitler and it would stop him, look how that turned out. The Iranians have refused to stop enriching Uranium despite overwhelming international demand, and now they illegally seize 15 Britons. Is it time we stop showing weakness and do the right thing and stand up and fight? or should we remain cowards and continue appeasing the enemies of the civilized world?

I value Russian intelligence analysis re: U.S. Military intention visa vi Iran about as much as spit...but interesting article regardless. p..s. the US Navy does not like to assume war time actions with carriers without 3 in a given area. Their doctrine; if one is sunk you still have a backup in case the 2nd one is sunk. So if they move 3 carrier battle groups into the region it may signal they are about to start shooting.

I work in a gym and i constantly receive inappropriate comments from some of the members there. Last night while i was demonstrating exercises to a new member, 2 members were making comments about my appearance and generally being quite rude. I asked them to stop and they continued. So i left the area. When they came to the desk, they apologised and said they were only joking but this is not the first time this has happened and they continue to do it. I have spoken to my boss about it before and she just says it is to be expected from men in a gym. What can i do about it? How do i get it to stop?
