I value Russian intelligence analysis re: U.S. Military intention visa vi Iran about as much as spit...but interesting article regardless. p..s. the US Navy does not like to assume war time actions with carriers without 3 in a given area. Their doctrine; if one is sunk you still have a backup in case the 2nd one is sunk. So if they move 3 carrier battle groups into the region it may signal they are about to start shooting.

Russia's INTEL also agreed with the USA, France, China, England, Germany, Austrailia, Canada, ETc. That Iraq had WMD'S! Re-read the U.N. reports of 2001 and 2002! Liberals seem to have selective agreement when it deals with the current president. and the fear they are subliminally creating. Remember Russia is an ally of Iran, and gets the bulk of its oil from there. They are also the biggest supplier of weapons to Iran.

This is the same Russian intelligence that confirmed that Iraq had WMD. It's the same Russia that has been acting like a rogue state, and who has been selling arms and technology to Iran.

It's a load of horseshit.

No! We don't have the military or financial resources to launch an attack on a third country. The American people would never stand for it anyway. If Dubya tried to do it, there would be almost instant calls for his impeachment and removal from office post haste. The American people are not his whipping boys and it's time for his administration to learn this lesson.

Military intelligence, especially Russian, is an oxymoron.

Maybe Iranians should consider raising the age of consent there and stop having sex with children. Nine years old is too young.

I doubt it. I think the carriers were moved to support the UK who will most likely be the ones that attack Iran.

It's likely saber rattling to help facilitate the release of the British sailors.
