According to the Civil Partnership Act relationahips such as yours are now fully recognised in English Law. There are also provisions in the Immigration Rules relating to gay and same sex unions. You would be entitled to bring your partner to the UK as your dependant so long as you can establish a subsisting relationship with documentary evidence such as bank statements, utility bills in joint names etc.. You would also need to establish that you can support yourself and your partner finsncially without recourse to Public Funds.
