Is it true that if a President has already served 2 terms but declairs war he can still stay in office till they war is over??

No, term limits were imposed after W.W. l l to not allow presidents to serve more then two terms. The transition will be completed Jan. 20, 2009 regardless of whether we are at war or not.

The term of office of the President will not be extended due to declaration of war as provided for in the Constituion. The term of office is a fixed term and non-extentible due to any reason.

I have never heard of that but this is a new world now.Who knows maybe The Emperor will put on his "decidin" hat and change that law too.
