If a house is built and then the builder puts a price on it and then someone buys it, the house is affordable. Isn't the term being used by liberal politicans to move underachieving scum into neighborhoods where people have worked all their lives to have what they have-correct?

I agree. If you can afford to buy a house you buy it. If you cannot afford to buy it, you work hard, save money and then you buy it, in the meantime you live some place you can afford.
