Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, 77, is ailing, and we don't mean just mentally.
"He seemed very sick to me," Bogota Mayor Luis Eduardo Garzon, a former communist union organizer who met with the tyrant in December, told Caracol Radio today in Colombia. "You could tell he had physical limitations, especially in his speech."
Garzon expressed disappointed with Castro's dictatorship.
"One expects debate ... but in Cuba, everything is driven and controlled by one party," he admitted. "That's not right."
Garzon, however, has threatened to oppose the efforts of President Alvaro Uribe, one of the few U.S. allies left in Latin America, to defeat Colombia's four-decade-old leftist terrorist movement.

Best chances, yes. Fidel is a dictator, not the dictator; even if there is never a Castro to re-enter the high office, that won't change the makeup of the Cuban government.

In my opinion I feel it will remain a Dictatorship, I mean come on you know he is training someone or has someone to follow in his steps to lead as he had lead. I mean dont get me wrong Fidel Castro was and is not the Kindest man, But he is definitely smart enough to keep his empire going.

I think his brother is supposed to take over, but that will not last long, unless Chavez intervenes. Look for a showdown with that nimrod over Cuba in the next few years.
