Is it legal for me (in Illinois, USA) to hold an online raffle on my website? It would be a raffle of some random merchandise and I would collect payment for virtual raffle tickets via PayPal, or some such interface. The funds would go to covering expenses involved with running the site, not to charity as may normally be the case.

a middle class citizen, Glad to see he put a little more of the tax load on the rich. Have you noticed that taxes actually inspire less wealth? Like in Nevada where the taxes are non existent and the money keeps poaring in, we should take example from this and lower taxes all around, its better for the economy too.

But back to the topic lets all thank Bush real quick for cuttnig taxes. Something the democrats despise.

Why not go straight to the source? A scientific organization like the American Meteorology Association? Get a list of geologic/climatic/meteorological scientific organizations and go see what they've been saying.

Example:

Two men have been charged with murdering my husband. They are still yet to be sentenced, but once they are I am curious as to whether or not they will have to sit out the whole sentence or if they will be able to be released early because of good behavior. I have been told that they will be able with good behavior to be released early, but I have also been told that with felony murder charges they will not be able to be released early.

I heard that they hav the besst subz.. so I was wonduring how do I buy one. Dad is alredy getting my M-16 for my b-dey!
