For Misd. it is 6 jurors, felony is 12. Civil is: over $10,000 there are 12 and under $10,000 there are 6 jurors. Good luck!!

This is interesting. Grand juries are usaully large..like 15 to 18 people.

Petit or trial juries are anywhere from 6 to 12 persons.

The rule is every state can decide what it wants to do but...
if it is 12 it does not have to be unanimous...it can be 11-1, 10-2, or 9-3....

If it is any less than 12 it must be unanimous.

For example North Carolina law provides a unanimous jury of 12 to all criminal defendants looking at more than 6 months in prison.

12 on a criminal trial and 6 on a coroners jury. Those are the only 2 I have served on.
