Do you believe in animal testing?...

Personally, i think its cruel to test on animals, for any purpose.
To time how long it takes an innocent and frightened animal to die, and recording how much pain they are in, is inhumane in my opinion. Researchers would get much more accurate results if they tested on humans. And what better humans to use than the ones that have committed horrific crimes?! It's the perfect punishment. Murderers and rapists should be top of the list for testing drugs, they should have the most potentially harmful or lethal drugs tested on them. Of course im not suggesting that petty crimes should be punished in such a way but the criminals that have damaged our society and taken or ruined peoples lives beyond repair, should be made to give something back to society and help save lives.

...Or do you believe in criminal testing?

Liberals- You seem to want to be thought of as libertarian yet you want a larger government. Why do you contradict yourselves? Im not saying all, but as a whole. Give me a clear concise answer please. Try to be convincing. Also tell me exactly why you think that Iraq is not a legitmate war, and that we are "bogged down" when in fact the war is over and we won and we are there as a security force against extremists. Try to convince me otherwise. Base this on facts. Also address what you think is right and wrong.

This might seem like a stupid question but I'll ask anyway. When you commit a crime in a different state; are you prosecuted in the state where the crime is committed in or the state where you are from?

For example, I am from New York so if I am arrested for.. let's say drug possession in New Jersey would I be prosecuted in New Jersey or New York court?
