so i've been watching american idol the past few weeks, and have taken notice to the judges being way to kind to this sanjaya guy. his performances are mediocre at best. and what was the deal with the crying girl in the audience. anyone else think she was planted in the audience to make him seem more beetle-like? and am i the only one who really thinks this guy is way overrated by the judges?

my bad on the category... i usually just go with the default category... yahoo is usually better at picking up...

furthermore i'd like to add that those who wasted their time to come on here only to point out the obvious category mistake, really need to get lives. maybe if you all took that stick out of your butts you'd have friends.

Well this is a political Q/A but i am a total Idol fan and really i could use the break. I am baffled at what the judges or the public is doing with this sanjaya guy. He is way out of his league and every week I'm saying, OK this guy is gone this week and there he is again. I do not understand!! I know he cannot win but by some crazy chance this guy wins Idol I wont watch again.

the world is corrupt. people don't vote for the right reasons anymore. not even in politics. and that crying girl worrys me. i was watching tv guide for something to watch on TV and this american idol talk show is on and they have that crying girl on there and she was crying from the very start of the interview (or maybe before the interview even started) and during the interview they brought out an idol that got kicked off and she just burst into tears ever more! ...uh...dramatic much? or fake? i don't think one can cry so much over american idol

at first i would agree with above saying this must be in the wrong category but then after thinking about it it does show who would be wasting their time watching some idiotic contest rather than watching things like Cspan or whatever your favorite propaganda news station you watch to follow something that has at least some impact on our daily lives.

Wasting your life sitting in front of a boob tube, worrying about some make believe "Idols" careers has what relevance to politics?

Voting for American Idol isn't the same as voting for a politician.

this has nothing to do with politics, but if you keep bad mouthing the actions of the JUDGES, you might initiate a congression investigation.
