It can be difficult. Try considering alternatives to eternal damnation; that seems to keep a lot of simple minds fairly busy. Focussing on the putative next life will not just keep you deluded; you can meet a lot of desperately repressed women at prayer meetings.

"Dilluted" from the truth? You could listen to Al Gore babble on about global warming. Or listen to the liberally biased media.
