Driving on the highway, I accidentally cut in front of an off-duty police officer late at night. He was driving a Honda Accord and I had no clue that he was an off duty police officer. After cutting him off, he started flashing a flash light in my face and trying to talk to me on the highway going at speeds of 70 mph at 9 o'clock at night. Being frightened, I tried to avoid him thinking it's some lunatic and tried driving off. At the same time, I was with my wife and she was incredibly afraid of our lives thinking that this guy is going to commit some kind of criminal act. After exiting the highway, I had thought I had avoided him, but I ended up getting pulled over by a local police. Local PD was nice enough to apologize and they stated that they are writing me a ticket for reckless driving, which is a misdemeanor, but under the name of the off duty officer. Now I am being prosecuted... what can I do????!!!!

I believe that if you are active duty then you should be granted all the same rights as those of a 21 year old. This is to include the authorization to drink a beer if you want. Currently our military between the ages of 18 - 21 are expected to fight and die for their country, but god forbid if these same individuals drink a beer. If so then it's article 15 time.

I think we would have high school graduates knocking down the recruiters doors if they were given all rights as those of a 21 year old. Realize having the right to drink a beer is not that great in most peoples minds, but think it is important in the minds of our teenager and will thus increase military recruitment goals.

You know, the dark era of Europe when Christianity ruled and supressed all that was good and joyful for ONE THOUSAND YEARS until the revival of GREEK and EGYPTIAN learning in the Rennaisance that had, luckily, been preserved by the Muslims after the Christians closed all the universities and tried to stomp out all the libraries.

I know that Mr. Obama will not answer my question but I know that my question will reach him, who knows? I may not be a US citizen but I'm paying my dues (taxes and all), not like others who are not and being taken cared off by the government. I am not a bum. Do you happen to know how many Filipinos are there living and working in the US? Look and see inside the hospitals all over your country and see how many Filipino nurses are there serving your populations. Yes! i'm getting a high salary, of course i'm a professional, a registered Nurse and I am entitled to that. I may not be a US citizen now but in 5 years time we'll be just the same....your country, your flag, your national anthem, your president and your politics. Anyways, thank you for all your answers.

As long as Amercians remain susceptible to easily provoked fears--of losing their jobs to immigrants, their kids to perverts, their lives to terrorists--and as long as there are wealthy corporations and religious control freaks eager to exploit them--the Republican Party and its allies have a bright future.

Does this sound like the Republican Party of 2007?

NOTE TO KOOKS: Dont bother with the Islamic/Kook propaganda. I will not "debate" 911 anymore than I will waste time debating the existance of the sun.

911 conspiracy kooks are scurrying around everywhere these days like some old testment curse of rat-pestilance.

They are, without a doubt, the dumbest sub-humans in America, but their numbers are an embarassing reminder of just how many stupid people there are in our country.

So numerous are these rodents that Scientific American recently published a piece dubunking all the pseudo-science kookery propagated by the swarm. Of course, for the terminally stupid, Scientic American is dismissed as part of the conspiracy.

We have: Rosie Odumarrse, Charlie Sheet, Barabara Stupidsand, and the rest of the Hollywood high school drop-outs. Can you name one intelligent person that believes this insanity?
