whats the difference between pres. bush and the rest of the worlds terrorists?

the patriot act...??? wtf... u mean ......the right to harrass everyday , i been an american, people.... thats all its doing...where is the terror here in america...we WILL live and die for freedom.....point blank

Terrorists are usually defined as those acting without the authority of a government behind them.

The difference is that the President is not a terrorist. Terrorist want to kill for what they believe in. Bush does not want to kill anyone but the terrorists. The government having a right to search people's bags on the subway is not the same as terrorist trying to blow up the subway.
