Mr. Bush invades Iraq and basically destroys the infrastructure. Now, he is spending our tax money to rebuild what he destroyed. WTF?

Most of the infrastructure was not destroyed by the Americans. It was destroyed by the Iraqi soldiers prior to the invasion. For example they set fire to the oil wells so the US could not use the oil. We are rebuilding what they destroyed.
