Blackwater USA was hired to train the Iraqi police forces. If our troops have to leave, will Blackwater stay behind to continue training Iraqi troops?

they would not be required to leave since they are a private organization it would be up to them however it would be highly unlikely they'd stay long since there not made to be a sustaining force and would also become the main target of terrorists

Blackwater is a security firm. If Haliburton pulls out with the troops, they will not require security for thier top people. So, unless they will have people to pay top dollar for their services, they will leave. But the answer to your question is no. They don't have to leave.
