so called supper powers have become terorist govts. and
terorising the under developed economies to capture their
natural resources! This trend willkeep poor nations poorer and
teror ist govts. will become not only richer but also dictators?

You have to have people that want to look to solve problems, no ones that would love to force their opinon on others by force.
When they find that they can get more help by talking and waitng instead fo trying to force themselves on others they will become peaceful.
