I am a seller on Ebay. I was contacted about 6 months ago regarding a suit I had for sale. The contactor said the brand name on the suit was an infringement on HIS brand name/domain registered on the internet for roughly 10 years.

I originally bought the suit, used, from Ebay.

I contacted Ebay, got some stupid canned response about how I was responsible for my listings, and decided to remove the suit. About a month later, I decided to re-list the suit, with a picture of the tag inside.

It didn't sell, and the user continued to harrass me through ebay. EBAY did nothing. I put the user on ignore. I contacted them through their site, which I found in google search. Now they harass me through my personal email. lol

Today they sent me an email saying I may be involved in a possible lawsuit, details to follow. They will not provide me with a name, and funny enough, will not answer phone calls from me to either of their lines.

Anyone? :D

Hirsi Ali had more freedom of movement when she first arrived in the US last September. Her lack of freedom in the Netherlands was one of the reasons for her move.

Google... 911 inside job...and over 4 million sites come up, and that's just one search. There are literally millions and millions of sites hosting scientist and proffesionals saying 911 was an inside job. Why is this?

How is it that when a Christian believes certain behaviors are sinful based upon his belief in God s/he is considered a bigot? And why is it okay to criticize Christians and conservatives but not minorities and liberals?

yes i just got robbed today by some "low lives" and they jack my ipod and everything...and it was my birthday yesterday.....this is by far the worst cerap i have ever taken.....i was coming out of school....and bam.....i think god hates me...but why does he hate me?.....this is my first time getting robbed.....will it be best if i send some of my friends out their to "get" them for me...and ill be there as well.....i reported it to the cops....welll i dont know what to do right now....please help me

Did he retire and leave the destruction of America to the current administration? Did he ever really exist outside of the convenient US media? Is the really a muppet gone mad? Soldiersangels.org helps people connect with soldiers who don't have family to send them mail or don't receive mail for whatever reason. These are soldiers who are continually disappointed at mail call and soldiers' angels send them mail and packages to keep their spirits up. Do you think the post office should offer a special soldiers angel stamp, discounted rates for packages, or do you have another idea?

But they did ban her from the mall and the Bay company for 2 years.. they listened to her story (peer pressure) and she told them she's going through hard times and stuff.. they let her go home and speak to her mother about this first. Then the police said that they will call her to make sure the mother knows about this. They took down her information to give her a tresspasser's note thing but did they put this down as a criminal offense? They did let her go and she stole like $400 worth of clothes... Will this affect her from going to university? This is Canada by the way... she wants to go to a USA university and she already checked if the university asks for criminal offense on the application form.. they don't ask it..

Or is the US holding back? What should the US do to get more Iraqis killed? Didin't Hitler, and many other killers use the same exuse America did to commit genocide? They all claimed they were "saving the country". Anyone can claim this if they want to kill and then toss loads of bombs claiming they couldn't help it if people get killed by "mistake". After all, "We are freeing them from the evil dictator" who was killing them anyway. THAT dictator Saddam had did the killing during the 1980's and this is the 2000's. Sort of late for that excuse for genocide, isn't it?
