It is illegal for the 18 year old to have sex with a 14 year old. It is called "statutory rape". The 14 year old is the victom, not the "perp". Check with the laws in your state about when is the legal age of consent. This means the age you don't need parents permission to marry. In most staes that is 18.

Minors typically cannot legally consent to sex. So the 14 year old has no right to have sex with anyone.
The 18 year old would probably be charged with having sex with a minor under the age of consent which is good for about 53 years in prison.
Not a good idea.

Underage is underage no way around it. It is illegal to have sex with anyone under the age of 18. We all know that isn't going to stop it but if the younger one or their parents don't like it they will have the 18 year old brought up on charges.

Some one let me know that one, because it has cause me and my children problems in the past, Not of any law I believe it would be ok if the fourteen year old is mature enough, but most of the time this is not the case, and i have seen alot of immature 18 yr old also, there are alot of inheirt problems with these childrens. and most states have laws preventing such unions of 14 and 18 yr olds.

Even if the 14 year consented..... it still statutory rape. Illegal in any sense of the word.

In the U.S....absolutely it's illegal. It will result in a prison sentence for the adult (and they'll have fun there!) and a sex offender label for the rest of their life.

only if the fourteen year olds parents don't like the eighteen year old (or the fourteen year old doesn't but that would be rape)
