A few years ago, it would have been grounds for removing the children from your care. Now, however, everyone seems to think it is fine. It would probably depend on the judge if the father took you to court for custody. I personally don't approve but then I raised my children back in the day. If your boyfriend is good to the kids, is willing to help take care of them emotionally and financially, then you probably would not have a problem about him living there. Before you move him in though, be sure he is the kind of person who will be a good example for your children.

It depends on the judge. "Proper conduct" may very well mean no cohabitation--but that would be spelled out in the divorce. I've seen several orders stating when the children are in your home there will be NO persons of the opposite sex (family excluded) are permitted to 'sleep over'.

"Proper conduct" IMHO means if seeing you with another man would be detrimental or upsetting to your children--then no, it would not be proper. If your children have a good relationship with your significant other and are okay with it--then I'd say it should be okay.

Depends on many factors, what is in the divorce papers or the opinion of the judge.
Hopefully this boyfriend won't be one of many that come in and out of your children's lives. This is one reason why cohabitation is looked down upon in some courts.

Whether your parents are divorced or not should have nothing to do with the issue of whether or not you can cohabitate with your boyfriend. Just make sure you are both 18 though.

No, you can live with your boyfriend. It has become a widely accepted practice, the courts do not look down upon it.

However, NO you know what in front of the children.
