yes i just got robbed today by some "low lives" and they jack my ipod and everything...and it was my birthday yesterday.....this is by far the worst cerap i have ever taken.....i was coming out of school....and bam.....i think god hates me...but why does he hate me?.....this is my first time getting robbed.....will it be best if i send some of my friends out their to "get" them for me...and ill be there as well.....i reported it to the cops....welll i dont know what to do right now....please help me

did you know the guys who did it? Did you see who they were? Do not take the law into your own hands. Tell your parents and let the police handle it. If they catch them and they are minors sue their parents for the value of the items x three which is your legal right since they are responsible for their children's actions.

Why stoop to their level?, be thankful you are not dead.
I fully understand the desire to retaliate but, you then become no better than they are. Sit down take a few breaths and rest assured "God Will Get Them" and they will pay three fold. I know right now your thinking "But that don't get my i-pod back". but, what about the better person who, later down the road, all of a sudden wins a drawing or a lottery and now He not only has a better i-pod, but cash to go with it. It happens and I put that in Gods Name. One last thing to interject, you called these people "Low Lives" If you go after these people and hurt one of them without others knowing what they did to you, and people start calling you a "Low Life" , Did you achieve your objective (Goal)? Please leave it alone and let God, karma, and fate step in.

Don't take the law into your own hands. If you or your friends decide to retaliate, then the monkey's on your back - you can be arrested and eventually found guilty of assault, battery, assault w/ deadly weapon, etc.... which means (depending on your age and state), you might be looking at a little jail time.
Give the officers as much info as you can remember and left them handle it. That's what they're paid for....
Above all, don't take the advice of another poster and threaten shooting them.

Well there's a reason to let the cops handle it at this point. You are too personally involved and might get carried away. I'd give the cops a chance.
