Are you an adult or a juvenile?

If you are an adult, and violated your probation by committing a new offense, it is possible that you will have to go to jail for any jail time that was suspended when you were originally placed on probation. They could just extend your probation, depending on what the original and new charges are.

If you are a juvenile, they might sentence you to time in juvenile detention, or they might just extend your probation.

First, your probation would be revoked and you will finally end up doing the three years of your unique sentence. Then, you will have the 2nd charge, which will in all risk run concurrently. So, a minimum of three years in detention center.
