how is THAT going to stop terrorists from being harbored there.. we still have PLENTY of terrorists here in the US.. the shining example of democratic republics... and Hezbolah was democratically elected.

Do neocons REALLY believe that terrorists won't just find another place to hide? Do you REALLY think that this will be the end of terrorism? Iraq isn't even their FAVORITE place to train; it's just the one that happened to also hold another reason for Bush to want to invade.

I've read Ann Coulter's argument on this, and there are just a few logical gaps. Can you fill these in? Thanks.

It seems to me the democrats are more concerned about a political victory in Congress, than they are a practical victory in Iraq with the silly and meaningless deadlines they want to force upon the Pentagon. Does this smack of aiding and abetting the enemy, or what, given the hostage taking of British troops ? Shouldn't we be ratcheting up rather phasing out?

Since similar questions have been asked in the reverse, it is only fair that this point be brought up, in the name of "equal rights".

In my last question that was answered very well, I asked if I was invading a copyright infringement and it was explained to me that it was. Now that I know that I need to contact for copyright reasons, how do I go about doing this? Where or how can I get permission? How much does it cost for one song?

While the Fed has been HIKING interest rates.

Yes there's a problem with Bush - it's that he SPENDS too much. If we'd just increased spending at 2X CPI instead of 3.5X CPI for the last 4 years, THERE WOULD BE NO FEDERAL DEFICIT.

Why can't Lib posters grasp that this means the tax cuts worked, that while Bush has a deficit problem, the problem is he spends too much?

I need to take a vote here, how many of you think that Hillary Ad is nothing but a brainwashing technique she's using on innocent perspective voters? She's trying everything she can to get folks to vote for her or feel guilty if they don't. It's like REALLY RELLY sad she's using these tactics. It's like a subliminal mental attack on the innocent. I say VOTE to have that ad removed! Who's with me?

In movies and sometimes true life cop shows you see a crowd rioting and occasionally they attack a motorist that unawares end up to close to the scene. For instance the new "war of the worlds" etc.

In real life not in any apocoliptic movie where the law is thrown out and it's armagedon and chaos anyways....

If a crowd attacks you in a car, basically swarming it, are you allowed to plow through them to ensure your own safety?

If so at what point are you allowed to use deadly force? if they are just slapping the car and shouting, say it's a political rally and you have no idea if it will turn violent or not? or do they have to do something more violent before you have a legal right to hit the gas and get out of there no matter who is in the way?

Every state of course has their own set of laws. Any references would be helpfull as well. This isn't for a report or anything I'm just curious.

Time reports some initial successes for the surge in Iraq. I guess the media can't focus on the negative all of the time...

Anyone else hopeful that we might actually find success? That would really take the wind out of the sails of the whining nay-sayers.
