Like any good American, I listen to what our government tells us and initially believe it. However, in the light of certain events, I just can't help but question the events of 9/11. I hate to do it, b/c I hate to think that anything was premeditated by one of our own...but doesn't this make you wonder? How did the BBC report on the collapse of WTC building 7 (aka Saloman Bros. Bldg), 23 mins. before the actual collapse. You actually see the reporter standing in front of a window with the building in the background. She's not saying that it is weak or that it may collapse...but that it had collapsed. Remember, it was very "suprising" that the building even fell...so how would she and the BBC have known? How does that even happen? Please clarify this for me, and don't call me crazy because this is just too weird for me to stomach.

We are provided with three concrete benches at our footpath..The building sweepers,the hawkers,shopkeepers throw their garbage every day in wee hours and at times even some vehicle owners fling their left overs even if some qone sits in that bench and cause inconvienience. In our area a van collects the garbage at a scheduled time..why can't they muddle up everything and handover to the collecting vans in a plastic bag? Why they want to do everything at a stone throw level without respecting their civic responsibility at the cost of there own bretheren? Why goverment is not providing closed bins for the respective buildings societies and keep a fix date time to collect the garbage penalise if not followed!!!what punishment will be the best for this type of offenders who litters the mother earth by their sefish actions without caring for their next kieth and kin? Can't the police and B.M.C. join together with the help of local NGO's and make mumbai a decent place to live and enjoy?

I know these types of laws are possible, arguing that either way isn't my question. What I'm asking is would you be impressed enough by politicians who actually got them passed into law to give them more political support. Would this improve their political standing because a vast majoriety of the american people really care about the enviroment and want to see any and all ways that don't hurt the economy actually implemented? Does passing those kinds of laws and reforms before trying to get laws passed that would help the enviroment but have a negative economic impact(however small) just make good sense? Would a far reaching green legislation reform movement help win back voters from the green party and maybe even result in it's absorbtion into the democratic party giving them a larger base?

most of the places in Bombay are controlled by local dons who send their subordinates to collect haftha from individual vendors and these hawkers occupy the footpath to add agony some of the shopkeepers even display their goods outside their area by creating nuisance to the common man,distrupting the traffic, create menace,throw litters everywhere after their business ( both the hawkers,vendors) If some one question them they show their muscle power with their supported officials who turn a blind eye on their activities because they get their regular extra money..Why they don't care for civic responsibilities and act tough with them? I would like to know what exactly is the pursuit of happiness?? The way I interprete this is that I have the right to pursue anything that makes me happy so long as I dont violate another persons civil rights. My god I live in Long Island, a little island in New York. The cops in my town get paid 100k, considered the second highest paid cops in the nation. All these donut eaters do is give us teenagers tickets. Crime rate in my town is like 0% so all they do is sit around and go bother teenagers in the city that driving a little fast than the speed limit.

At 2220 hours I was dispatched to 3880 willow st., Costa Mesa, CA 92344 to investigate a reported spousal abuse. On arrival I met with the victim, Jane Wesson.

Jane told me his husband, Bill Wesson, came home from work reek of alcohol. He had an interview that wasn’t successful. They started fighting and one thing led to another. He grabbed her by the neck and slap her left cheek with his right hand.

I asked Bill if he was hurt and he said no. I told him he is being arrested for domestic violence. I told him to turn around, put his hand behind his head and spread his leg.

I find it ridiculous. Please someone explain to me why after doing something that is quesitonable to everyone else but Bush and himself, he gets to "testify" without being under oath..What is the point of that? What makes Karl Rove more special that any of us? If I do something wrong and I have to be questioned will I have the right to not take the oath? If he has nothing to hide why won't he just take it, and if he does have something to hide we can clearly see...Why would he not want to swear if he did nothing questionable? It really upsets me to see what kind of people are running this country....What do y'all think?

As admirable as helping fight aids in third world countries is, their money was mostly earned in the U.S. and we have problems of equal magnitude that are hardly being addressed by our govt. The stronger they could make us the more we could help the rest of the world. That is what we do, contrary to what CNN and other media tries to portray our great nation.
