my sister is involved a bad case. the father of her son (they arent married) in 2005 beat her up and took their child. because there was no custody the father was allowed to keep the child and didnt get charged. they went in for custody, restraining orders denied, and then he tried to rape her at a visitation trade off. afraid for her life and safety because she was getting no legal help she came out to me. i helped her secure an attorney for 1k. the attorney ended up knowing people in the case including the other attorney. after 6 months of the attorney not helping she removed her from the case w/o prejudice. the attorney never returned her evidence file which is extensive conversations, fraudulent bills, etc... about the things her ex has done to her and said. its a terrible case and now with her file stolen she cant get another attorney to help out without proof. how can we get the file back? can the attorney legally keep the evidence in california? help!

i work with this idiot who braggs to all he is a bounty hunter, possible, but to add more stupidity, he claims he is an on call special agent for the local tri state sheriffs office. he always runs his mouth that he is on call, going to bust a drug ring, or bring them in to jail dead or alive. and also he says he can record any phone call, sure the technology is available, but i do not believe it is legal. but i know enough about human nature that braggarts, or anyone who has a sensitive job as he says, is all mouth.
all i would like to know, is wiretapping legal. can a person record anything with out telling the other party on the other end.
and can a civilian get a court order to record also.
and do they or anyone appoint a special deputy, , and why does he need a ccw if he is a police officer

Since it's obvious we are just alienating criminals, and crime is only growing every year, can we establish a date when we will stop putting our police in harms way and let them go home to their families to protect them there?
We need to embrace criminals, and rehabilitate them rather than trying to go to war with them. As long as no one is breaking into my house, I see no reason to have countless police officers being forced by our government to risk their lives dealing with criminals who are really only upset because the police are brutalizing them in the first place.
I support the police, but I want them off of the streets!

I believe criminal charges should be filed against the FBI for this abuse. Also considering the recent allegations that Gonzales and others conspired to fire attorneys that would have stood in the way of passing the unconstitutional Patriot Act. Is anyone waking up and realizing that dictatorship is being declared on America by our Zionist "leaders"? Better wake up America.

i only have one form of photo ID and i need another to open up a bank account. (alli have is a MI ID, and the bank says i need another form of PHOTO ID) ...dont know where my high school ID is either..any ideas?

One of my co- supervisors is here on a work visa with a 4 year degree in engineering, he is a supervisor at a factory and the only supervisor there with a college degree. In order to be here on a work visa don't you have to be doing like a certain skill like the one you went to school for. I mean heck oh this guy is doing nothing special and all the rest of the supervisors only have high school diplomas so why is the US allowing him to come over here a do a job that requires no special skill. I am guessing he is on a H1B visa but not sure and he is starting to be a pain.

Who would I anonymously report this to, I am pretty sure they don't hand out H1B 's out for someone to do a job that requires no special skill.

I know when you come to this question you will think, " Is this person mental?? ". I'm concerned about a friend who might have bought a stolen LV purse knowing it was stolen property. I would like to know if that would be illegal. Sorry, I'm nieve. Help me!!
