i only have one form of photo ID and i need another to open up a bank account. (alli have is a MI ID, and the bank says i need another form of PHOTO ID) ...dont know where my high school ID is either..any ideas?

Go to your local DMV and get a State ID.

Your passport is a photo ID as well. When you say MI ID, I assume you mean the one you got a the DMV. If it isnt, then you can get an ID there too.

You can usually get a photo ID from the DMV or if you have a college or university ID that would work too.

the dmv usually gives an id along with a drivers license.. or you can be an illegal immigrant and open an account and get a credit card without any form of identification or social security number. go figure, its easier to do something if you are here illegally...

Your school ID would be enough to get an account...maybe have the school office see if they can give you another ID copy....or better find that ID card, you'd need it.

you can bring your military id to the dept of liscensing and get a "regular" id card if you don't have a driver's liscence. you could also use a passport or ony credit/debit/bank card with your photo. OR a badge or id for work

Sherriff's ID at your local Sherriff's Department. It doesn't cost much in NY but I'm not sure about other states.

You could go to the DMV to get just an Identification card! They are $13. I have to do that, too to open a savings account! :D
