HOOAH is the Army, OOH-RAH is the Marines, HOOYAH, is the SEALs

Hoorah is the Marine Corps.
Hooah is the Army.
Hooyah is the Navy.
USAF???

H is silent, of course.

OORAH is the Marines

The Army has some other grunt in between the other two AH's.

All 3 have been used by different people at various times. The most common form used by the USMC is "Oo-RAH!" Army Rangers are more prone to "HOO-ah!" and variants thereof.

While a few individuals are picky about form, the spirit is what really counts.

It's HOOAH if you are in the Army, and OORAAH if you are in the Marine Corps.
