Would this be a just compromise for the diffrent sized groups in Iraq to share legislative power spliting it equally in one body and porportional to percent of the population in the other? Would this withstand carefull and full review and consideration for it being a fair and just way to share the power of their government by the leaders of each of the three groups in Iraq?
Would this get one more problem resolved hastening the day when a cease fire agreement can be reached with all but the most extreme groups in the country which would allow american troops to leave the country because all the groups who were involved in the ceasefire and involved in the central government would collectivily be strong enough to hold together the nation and focus on capturing terrorists and preventing terrorist attacks there? I'm not sure this is flawless and I'd love to see anyone poke any holes in it they can. Of course the groups in Iraq have to be willing to really try share power justly.

Well 2 weeks ago I was pulled over for making a U-Turn where I wasn;t support to. The ploice officer also said " I am writing your ticket for 2 violations" Today I got a letter saying I got a ticket and the bail amount is $151.00. But I am scared will I get another ticket in the mail?

Has anyone heard about the immigration agents, "H1Base".. Iam looking at a H1B (work visa) to the USA through them. Iam in the 3D animation Industry. Is there any website where I can find their credibility?

Congress has given passage to a bill for war funding, and with great insight into how the war has been run to date they have attached reasonable provisions to the funding that holds Bush to the benchmark concept the he himself would have to be followed, so will Bush use only his second veto to slow bleed the troops so he can remain unaccountable for the management of the war?
