Like many Americans who are overly stressed and over worked, Al Gore needs to get back in shape. He has a brilliant mind and didn't figure the Neocons to be so vicious. Being under attack can take a toll on the body but when you realize you've been bullied, you have to turn around and build yourselfl up again. Hope he can do it. Then the Presidency is his choice.
