Just wondering, you have attacked every amendment of the constitution, banned and regulated everything under the sun, what's next?

As an almost life-long Alaskan, I see a lot of Liberals as the most arrogant, infuriating group of idiots on earth.

They know *nothing* about our lifestyles, yet somehow have deemed themselves qualified experts and are *constantly* trying to tell us how to live. Of course, we're to f*ing stupid (by their definition) to figure anything out for ourselves.

No hunting, no fishing, no trapping, no mushing...no, thanks! Keep your BS California ideology to yourself. We are *not* interested.

You Cons just don't understand. We Liberals are doing all this for your own good. People can't make good decisions on their own. That is why government was invented.

If we are going to have universal health care, something that will cost trillions, we're gonna need a lot new taxes. Here is what I recommend:

1) The Twinkie Tax: this will be levied on all junk food, whether or not you are fat. Fair is fair.

2) Big nose tax: We are spending billions to purify the air, and people with large noses probably use more of that expensive oxygen than regular people. Therefore, they must pay their fair share.

3) Granola tax: those granola bars have as much fat as candy bars, so we're not letting those phony health nuts off the hook. It doesn't matter if they are not fat yet. Liberals believe in stopping a problem before it starts.

4) Religious symbol tax: we think there was a typo in the Amendment made to the Constitution. We think it was supposed to say "Freedom FROM religion", not "Freedom of religion". Therefore, if you want to have a bumber sticker with the name "Jesus" on it, we're going to tax you for this advertisement.

5) Sun tax: scientists are now discovering that most, if not all the global warming we are experiencing is coming from increased radiation from the sun. Since we have not been able to determine a way to blame Bush yet (since it affecting the other planets as well), we are instituting a sun tax. If you get a suntan, you will pay approximately the same amount as a tanning salon. There is no reason why all that ultraviolet radiation shouldn't be taxed so the government can grow to handle the increasing workload.

If abortion and gay marriage are banned, what would be regulated next? extraordinarily curious what would be regulated next while we locate out that abortions are not ended in basic terms on the grounds which you attempt to alter them out of existence. what would be regulated next? government compelled vaginal tests? verify.

That's not just the "liberal" agenda. It's the politico agenda. Did you notice who had the Patriot Act all ready to go before it was "needed" and then rushed it through at the first opportunity? The so-called conservatives. Amidst all their talk of the constitution, they actually managed to trash more of it than Bill Clinton ever dreamed.

The only non-statist, pro-liberty parties on the ballet in the U.S. are the Libertarian and Constitution parties. The are neither conservative nor liberal.

Since Bush took office, he has signed 750 new laws into
effect. I would say he deserves the title "king of regulations".
Since Bush started a war, cut funding for veterans &
banned stem cell research, I would say that he is
"pro-suffering". Disturbing.

They will next try to tax big business, you know, Ford, GM, Chrysler. I heard that it was discussed to tax each vehicle they make, using the money for alternative fuels research and cleaning up the air. Problem is, these companies will do just like all other business have done when the minimum wage went up, they will increase the cost of their vehicles the amount of the tax, so, who pays the tax????

The poor old working man who pays his taxes will take another hit.

Why do you think companies leave the US and go to foreign countries and outsource??? Its cheaper to do business in a country that doesn't tax the hell out of you like America does. The liberals want to take away from the working upper middle class and give to those too lazy to work.

LOL. I wonder that myself. One earlier wanted to require a license before you could have a child. Too bad she doesn't realize that child is already an asset of the state. Pll need to quit adding to the problems, stop and just pay attention to what is "really" taking place here. Its really easy. Just stop, tune all rhetoric out around you and look. Trust me, you'll see it.

I think it's been the right who has mounted the sustained attack on the separation of church and state, and on the system of checks and balances inherent to the Constitution.

After all,it was your boy George who claimed the Constitution was"just a g*ddamned piece of paper".
