Dynasties typically have concurrent rulers. The two Bushes are divided by eight years of buffoonery and scandal at the hands of a good 'ol boy named Bubba. As far as I know, Bush Sr. never did any drugs, so I'd have to assume any trips to Colombia would be for coffee (although I'm sure they have Starbucks in Maine).
C'mon now, do you really see any more Bushes running for office any time soon? Even if they aren't even related to the current Bushes, the name and stigma attached would kill their chances. (That is, unless something stupendous happens to redeem it).
